Podcast updates

The name of my podcast is called Boot and Sink.

Why is it called that, you ask?

Tune in and find out.

I can assure you that the podcast will be a smorgasbord of random, weird stuff, combined with toy culture and other miscellaneous topics, and will eventually feature interviews with random hermits and the like.

I hope you will tune in and listen.

Welcome to the party pal!

Because I am always the last to the party. (still partially blogging in 2025)

I am going to start a podcast soon. I got the equipment, now I need to get some recording done.

Too bad I live near a busy road and can only record late at night. But does that deter me? Sure.

Am I going to do it?

Sure.

When?

Soon.

Are you serious this time?

Sure.

sigh.

Keep your eyes here for more developments.

Welcome to my childhood serotonin simulator

When I was a kid, I had a game that I played with myself, called could I live here if I ran away. Where I would go into someone's house, look inside their closet in the bathroom, and think about whether I could live here if I ran away? I still do this game as an adult.

But the game now is called, could I turn this into a tiny home? I use elevators, the underside of a staircase, a large bathroom in a triage, or just some random storage room/ generator room.

I wonder what that says about my mental health.

voices

You know that ringing sound you will perceive when you are in a quiet area?

Some people say this is an auditory illusion brought about by the ear’s inability to detect frequencies below the threshold of the human senses.

This is completely wrong.

That ringing covers up something else altogether. You can hear past the ringing if you are quick, patient, and maybe a little lucky. What you will hear are voices whispering to each other. They will silence themselves quickly but with practice, you will become more adept at catching what they are saying. You will hear things of the past, the present, and the future. However, you must be careful. Because there is no such thing as a voice without a body.

And when you start noticing them, they will start noticing you.
